PostNL created workgroups, each responsible for a particular category of the corporate identity. The team that is responsible for the business points, retail formula and locations commisioned RGN to take care of the implementation and rollout of the new identity of more than 2600 locations across the Netherlands.
This requires considerable preparation by an experienced team of specialists headed by Ruud Koetsier, managing partner of RGN. The challenge is complex. The retail concept, the post office of TNT Post, which in most cases is located in shops of third parties. There is no default situation. Many sites are not accessible part-times of the day because of the closure of malls. Furthermore, the work has to take place during opening hours and the objective is to minimize the inconvenience to visitors and employees. These are the lesser challenges! There are dozen challanges like these. The primary goal is to visit a location once, and then get it done right. And that is easier said then done. But that is the core of the profession. Our profession.
PostNL is, when looking at the number of locations, one of the, if not the largest company in the Netherlands. An operation of this magnitude is unusual. RGN Corporate Identity Implementation is more than proud of the fact that after an extensive tender it has been selected to implement the new identity to every location.
