As an Implementation Officer at RGN, you are responsible for implementing the client’s new or modified brand and executing retail campaigns. You work closely with projectmanagers, consultants, and external parties such as clients, design agencies, and suppliers. With your contribution, you ensure a flawless implementation of the brand on buildings, vehicles, and the rollout of campaigns, even during evening and night hours. You are involved in guiding and coordinating these specific implementations, utilizing your organizational skills and communicative prowess to effectively manage external parties. - Continuously surprise us with your creative ideas and applications
- Develop implementation scenarios and plans
- Select and guide suppliers
- Coordinate and plan ongoing projects
- Write proposals and monitor project budgets
- Coordinate with clients and provide progress reports
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education
- Preferably in the field of Commercial Economics, International Business and Languages, Small Business & Retail Management
- Several years of experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Good command of Dutch, English, and German languages

You excel in guiding multiple projects simultaneously, possess strong communication skills, and are adept at managing external parties. You are people-oriented, skilled in project-based work, and take responsibility for your projects. Your passion lies in organizing tasks, particularly on the front end, to ensure a smooth implementation. If something goes away, you remain resilient and work with your team to find solutions.
