Do you want to play a key role in projects for leading international brands? Are you detail-oriented, well-organised, and enjoy juggling multiple projects at once?
At RGN, we’re looking for an implementation coordinator who ensures that our brand rollouts run smoothly and are well-structured. You’ll support our project managers in all administrative and organisational aspects of projects involving brand rollouts, signage, wayfinding, fleet branding and campaigns.
About RGN
We support prominent (international) organisations in implementing and managing their brand. Whether it’s a rebranding, applying a corporate identity to signage, vehicles, or wayfinding systems, or rolling out brand campaigns in retail environments.
We analyse, organise, implement and manage brand change. We do this for both profit and non-profit organisations, on a national and international level. Our clients include Nike, Radboudumc, citizenM and JustEat Takeaway.

You’re the administrative and organisational linchpin of our projects. You assist our project managers in preparing, organising and administering rollouts. You’ll be involved in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring everything is ready for smooth execution.
Your tasks will include:
- Preparing and processing purchase orders and order confirmations
- Entering and verifying data and quotes in our CRM system
- Tracking budgets (hours, purchase orders, invoice checking and processing)
- Maintaining project files (schedules, documents, photos, reports)
- Creating and updating schedules based on input of the project managers
- Communicating with suppliers and installation teams about planning, materials en execution
- Identifying bottlenecks in planning, lead times or costs and reporting them on time
- Thinking along on how to improve our administrative processes
Occasionally, a project may extend beyond office hours. You don’t mind being available or thinking along when needed.
Who are you?
You work in a structured way and are great at maintaining oversight, even when juggling multiple projects. You’re a clear communicator and detail-focused. Documents, schedules and orders are spot-on with you. You’re proactive and take action when you see what needs to be done. And when plans change last-minute, you remain calm and adapt smoothly.
Your profile:
- MBO level 4 or higher education (HBO thinking level)
- Affinity with project administration, procurement, logistics or project support
- Some experience in a similar support role is a plus
- Accurate and system-savvy
- Strong command of Dutch and English (German, French or Spanish is a plus)
